You need to select the product size according to your own measurements (in inches or cm).
Please check out the product’s measurements in the size chart below the product information.

You can choose size 42 as you choose size 8.5 US.

Q There are several questions asking if you do a size 45 or larger. I know these are made in China but the maker needs to know that if they're selling in the UK, UK feet are bigger than Chinese and size 44 is NOT the largest common size.
